HOW TO CHOOSE A PAINT COLOUR FOR A NURSERY

When it comes to painting your child’s nursery, the reality is that nowadays its not just a case of pink for a girl and blue for a boy. In our experience, clients have often found it best to go for a neutral colour scheme that will last the test of time and allow the theme of the room to evolve together with your child (whilst also allowing you to use the room for future babies!).

Try to create a soothing and peaceful space with soft greys, creams and very pale shades of other colours that will inspire imaginative play and pleasant dreams for your family’s newest addition.

Painting the nursery walls in a neutral colour also means you can then dress up the room with a range of accessories in your theme of choice, and you will be surprised to see how much colour will come in to the room with your baby in the form of a few brightly coloured toys!
